Three Nine Twenty-seven: F+B Office

We transformed a former tile warehouse, a trapezoidal volume shaped by the Metro A-Line into a multidisciplinary studio. We introduced a 480-sf rental studio, built a loft to accommodate messier experiments, a library for study and built-in work stations for design work.
